Welcome to Digitally Empowered®!

Your digital tutors, Carmen and Quincy, look forward to taking you on a learning journey through the Internet. But first, here are a few things to help you get started:

Digitally Empowered® is a 2-part, 15-lesson course designed to be taken in order, which means you need to start at the beginning with Digitally Empowered® Part I. But don’t worry, you don’t need to complete all of the lessons at once. You can return any time and use your login to pick up where you left off. Each lesson shouldn’t take more than 10 minutes to complete.

To register for a course, follow these easy steps:

  1. Select the course you would like to enroll in, and you will be taken to our external Dream See Do learning platform. From this course overview page, you can see everything you will be learning.
  2. When you’re ready to begin click ‘START THIS COURSE’ at the top right to begin.
  3. Fill out the required information to create an account. (You will need an email address to register. If you do not have one, here are a few suggestions.)
  4. Check the email you registered with and confirm your email address by clicking the link included in the message sent by Dream See Do.
  5. Upon clicking the link in your email, you will be redirected to a new page asking for your “Invite Code”. Enter PEN’s invite code BBD784586.
  6. If you’d like, you can customize your profile with a picture, your interests, and more to introduce yourself to other users!
  7. You now have access to the Digitally Empowered® course!

When you’ve completed all lessons, you get a certificate to show off to your family and friends. More importantly, you will have gained knowledge and skills to help you use the Internet to empower your cancer journey.
